How to have your own home spa

Has the knot at your neck become unbearable? Do you wake up every morning hearing your body yelling at you? When the family is gone to work and school here’s what you can do to bring back YOU, into the land of the living. These are all the products you will need.

1. A lavender scented room spray
2. Soothing music CDs or on your iPOD if you please.
3. Bubble bath
4. Silk shampoo and rich conditioner.
5. Body scrub(1 tbsp oats, 4 almonds soaked and powdered, 1 tsp rice flour, a pinch of haldi, mixed with milk or cream) or exfoliating soap
6. Tall glass of fruit juice
7. Face mask
8. 8 cotton balls soaking in lotion and any favorite essential oil
9. 2 thin slices of cucumber
10. Rosewater

Now that you have your products here’s how to lie in the lap of luxury:-

1. Spray your bathroom with lavender spray and get that bubble bath going. Don’t forget to add a dash of rose water to it.
2. Wash your hair with shampoo and apply conditioner as soon as you step into the bath. This gives you time for the conditioner to work deep into your roots, while you are in your luxurious bubble bath. Exfoliate using your soap or body scrub in the bath.
3. Don’t forget to take that sip while you dip!!
4. Pat dry and moisturize yourself.
5. Towel dry your hair and apply that face mask.
6. Put 8 cotton balls for for each foot between the toes and keep your feet up.
7. Close your eyes and place cucumber slices.
8. Keep the mask for half and hour and wash off.

Watch the new you glow back at you from the mirror. “Mirror, mirror on the wall, now who is the most pampered of them all?”
